在白昼的刻度里，我是一个依靠秩序运转的人。

In the daylight hours, I operate by the rules of order.

作为一名 PMP，深耕于 BPO 行业，我的日常是在错综复杂的业务线中，劈开一条可执行的路径。无论是周旋于多方的诉求，还是主导那些庞杂交错的项目交付，我习惯了用克制与理性，在充满变数的工作里钉下锚点。

As a PMP deeply rooted in the BPO industry, my daily routine is carving actionable paths through tangled business lines. Whether navigating the varying demands of multiple stakeholders or driving the delivery of complex, intertwined projects, I am accustomed to using restraint and rationality to drop an anchor in a sea of variables.

攻读 MBA，也是这种理性的延伸。它让我得以跳出琐碎的执行，用更底层的商业框架，去打量周遭事物的运行法则。这更像是一场向内的整理，在现实的坚硬面前，保持一分清醒的观照。

Pursuing an MBA is an extension of this rationality. It allows me to step back from the minutiae of execution and observe the mechanics of things through an underlying business framework. It is a process of inward organizing—maintaining a clear-eyed perspective against the harshness of reality.

但人，不能总活在精密计算的报表里。

But one cannot live entirely within meticulously calculated spreadsheets.

这便是 Neverland 存在的意义。在成年人的法则中，我们被要求情绪稳定、目标明确、严丝合缝；而在 Just a dream 的语境下，我只想留下一块允许偏离、允许无用的自留地。

Hence, the meaning of Neverland. In the adult world, we are expected to be emotionally stable, goal-oriented, and seamless. But within the context of "Just a dream," I want to keep a private plot of land that allows for deviation and embraces the "useless."

在这里，推开会议室的门，不谈论交付期限，也没有亟待修补的满意度。卸下项目经理的头衔，我只想记录一点生活的毛边，写几行不必计较收益的文字，或者仅仅是记录那些沉迷于折腾软路由与服务器的深夜。

Here, outside the conference room doors, there is no talk of delivery deadlines or satisfaction scores to salvage. Stripped of the Project Manager title, I just want to document the rough edges of life, write a few lines free from ROI, or simply record those late nights lost in tinkering with soft routers and servers.

一半是清醒的现实，一半是无忧的梦境。
